It is recommended for women at high rish of preterm birth, including those with multiple pregnancies, a history of preterm birth,
uterine abnormalities, or previous cervical surgery.
While this scan is typically performed during the Morphology Scan, women with a history of preterm birth may require a series of scans
starting at 16 weeks.
